Rydell High, 1959. Danny Zuko is the coolest greaser in school. Sandy Dumbrowski is the new girl who doesn't know a soul. What neither of them expected: they'd already met. One perfect summer romance on the beach, and now they're stuck in the same hallways — him pretending he doesn't care, her wondering what happened to the boy she fell for. Add the gum-snapping Pink Ladies, the hubcap-stealing T-Birds, and a whole lot of rock and roll, and you've got the musical that reminds you high school never really ends — you just learn to dance through it.
