Every show at Coal Creek Theater happens because of volunteers. Our community steps up to build sets, run lights, usher audiences, and yes—perform on stage. Whether you've got theater experience or you're just curious, there's a place for you here.
How to Get involved
We need help with everything from ushering and load-ins to set construction and backstage support. Pick what sounds interesting, show up when you can, and as a thank-you, you'll get free tickets to our shows.
Minors are welcome to volunteer with a parent or guardian. If you have questions, reach out to our Volunteer Chairperson.

What You’ll Need
A love for live theater
A collaborative attitude and willingness to problem-solve
Email access for scheduling (plus a phone number in case plans change)
For load-ins and set construction: Ability to lift heavy materials and get your hands dirty
For ushering: Business casual, all-black attire and a friendly, welcoming presence
