The creative team behind a Broadway flop has reunited for a backers' audition — never mind that their last show was shut down after the Stage Door Slasher murdered three chorus girls. The eccentric millionaire hosting them has an agenda. The undercover cop posing as her butler has another. And someone in the house has a knife. Cue the secret passageways, the identical twins, the Nazi spies, and more plot twists than anyone can keep straight. A gleefully ridiculous send-up of every whodunit you've ever seen.
