The Carpathian Mountains, sometime after the experiments. Baron Victor Von Frankenstein has grown bored with creating life and moved on to curing the incurable. Now his castle is a destination for the world's most desperate patients: a werewolf who'd rather not be, a vampire countess looking for a fresh start, a lovestruck Dracula who followed her there, and a Phantom lurking in the walls. The Baron's long-suffering wife, his hunchback, and the Monster do their best to keep things under control… and it does not go well.
