Coal Creek Theater of Louisville presents
Moon Over Buffalo
by Ken Ludwig
Directed by Dan Schock
Buffalo, 1953. George and Charlotte Hay are fading theater stars, touring Cyrano de Bergerac and Private Lives in repertory with a tiny company and an even tinier budget. Their marriage is crumbling. Then word comes that Frank Capra is coming to their matinee — and if he likes what he sees, he might cast them in his next film. Cue the panic. George gets drunk. Charlotte's deaf mother sends out the wrong costumes. Their daughter's fiancé gets mistaken for someone else entirely. And nobody can remember which play they're actually performing. A slamming-doors, pratfalling love letter to the glorious chaos of live theater.
Run Time – 2 hours with one 15-minute intermission

Keenan is thrilled to be working as stage manager with such a wonderful cast and crew and on such a hilarious show. This is a small step toward preparing Keenan for his dream to one day own and/or run a theater. Keenan has acting and directing experience as well. He was most recently seen at Theater Company of Lafayette as Soldier #1 in William Shakespeare's Land of the Dead, A True and Accurate Account of the 1599 Zombie Plague.
