Three generations of the Frye family have gathered at their summer home in the Berkshires, as they always have. But this year is different. Josephine, the willful matriarch who has held them all together, is starting to slip — forgetting things, losing her grip. Her daughter Bess, her grandchildren, and one uninvited boyfriend must navigate old resentments and new fears as they face an impossible question: what do you do when the center of your family can no longer hold? A warm, funny, and achingly honest portrait of love, duty, and letting go.
